All-Day Comfort: The traditional Japanese “Wa” handle, hand-carved from rich Ebony and Spalted Maple, molds to your palm. We’ve even rounded the spine and choil so your fingers never dig into metal during prolonged prep.

Ambidextrous Design: Perfectly balanced (0.5″ in front of the handle) and equally comfortable in left or right hands.
